Urban Inferno: The Night Santa Rosa Burned

Tuesday, Jul 24, 2018

10 California HOPE Crisis Counselors were on hand at Santa Rosa's Roxy Movie Theater last night for the World Premiere of "Urban Inferno: The Night Santa Rosa Burned."  Tickets to the 40-minute documentary were in such high demand that a second show was added to the Premiere event. While the film keeps a respectful and hopeful tone, the footage of the first hours of the Tubbs fire devastating Santa Rosa is intense. California HOPE Counselors were present to provide support for anyone needing it before, during, and after each screening.  CA Hope provides crisis counseling resources and disaster recovery education to all who were affected by the October 2017 Fire Disaster through Goodwill~ Redwood Empire in Santa Rosa.
