Supported Employment

Supported Employment and Situational Assessment provides assistance to individuals with severe disabilities to find and keep competitive employment. The program provides intensive individualized job search assistance and job coaching to learn the position once a match is made. Support services following employment then monitors progress for continued success on the job.
